First-tier Tribunal (Mental Health) contact details

From Monday 19 April, the Mental Health Tribunal has undertaken a restructure of its administration process. Please find below new contact sheets. In order to continue improving our performance we have reviewed the end–end process and reorganised the teams. This will enable us to concentrate on areas more effectively, particularly the receiving and sending of reports. The regional teams have been combined and reorganised into north – south Case Progression Teams, Reports Teams and a dedicated team to deal with decisions.
