Expenses claim form for nearest relatives
If you attend a non-restricted Tribunal in the capacity of nearest relative, you are entitled to make a claim for expenses. Please complete and return the attached form. All details and guidance are included with the form.
Expenses may not be claimed for attendance at restricted hearings, except where evidence is given to the Tribunal.
